► How do I place an order or request for an estimate?
Please fill up the order form in our website and upload the picture there. Please indicate if this is an ORDER or a request for a QUOTE. You can also send order or logo request directly from our online order form CLICK HERE to open this. Please answer correctly required information so we can get in touch with you anytime in case we have some questions. Please also specify the fabric or material to which the logo will be sewed on.
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation which should take within 30 minutes to an hour. If you do not immediately get a confirmation, please check SPAM or JUNK folder as it may go there. If still no email from us, then please give us a call at 1-512-807-8796.
► Do you charge for estimates or quote? And how long does an estimate take?
No, we do not charge for quote or an estimate and it can take around few hours to reply you.
► How much do you charge per design?
We charge a rate of $2.00 USD introductory offer per 1,000 stitches, minimum charges $ 15.00. We can do revise it till your satisfaction free of charge.
► What is your turn-around time?
We normally deliver after 7 hours.
► How do I get my logo?
We will send back the completed digitized file in TAJIMA (.dst) format (if you need other format please inform us) through email. That is why it is important that you give us your correct email address and other contact information.
► Do you offer discounted rates and bulk prices?
We offer digitizing Deals service packages: Contact us for details.

► Do you charge for additional fee for revisions?
We can do revise it till your satisfaction free of charge. But please take note that adding anything (lettering, background etc.) on your original design is not considered editing and we will have to charge for the additional stitches.
► Could you please send us a few samples so we can evaluate your workmanship?
Samples of our work are available at the gallery page so you can see and evaluate our workmanship and craftsmanship.
► What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal; we will send you a PayPal payment invoice so you can send us your payment. This will be an online payment method, by secure PayPal payment gateways. No credit card information will be given to us or stored on our website.
► What if I consider a work of your digitizing unsatisfactory?
We stand behind our work and do our utmost effort to make our work of the best quality. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know what you find unsatisfactory and we will edit all designs, at no extra charge. All revisions are completed and will be sent to you within 7 hours. Again.
► How do you ensure quality?
Our highly-skilled digitizers have been trained not only in the technical knowledge but also with the fabric and textiles which help them determine which combination works better and are able to suggest them to you to ensure the best quality and workmanship.
► How secure is our company logo with you?
All custom logos sent to us will have its own name and logo number which will also be provided to you. All you have to do is email us if you need a copy but we will be asking for your complete information in order that we can verify it with original information we have in our database.
